NEUPACK manufactures extrudierte Folien aus PS, PP und PET für die Weiterverarbeitung auf Thermoform- und FFS-Anlagen sowie für technische Anwendungen. Material, Abmessungen, Folienstärke, Farbe und Aufbau werden auf die jeweilige Anwendung und den Verarbeitungsprozess abgestimmt.
Mit fünf Offline-Extrusionsanlagen in zwei Werken verfügen wir über eine Gesamtkapazität von mehr als 10.000 Tonnen Folie pro Jahr. Neben den für die eigene Production benötigten Folien fertigen wir auch Folien nach kundenspezifischen Anforderungen.
PS mono foils can be manufactured from impact-resistant HIPS and can be specifically made more rigid by adding GPPS. Different colourations are possible depending on the requirements. Typical applications include food packaging processed on FFS lines using thermoforming, for example into quark cups.
PPH and PPC mono foils are particularly suitable for thermoformed food packaging. PPC offers very good low-temperature impact resistance. Further properties include microwave suitability and good grease resistance. The foils are produced in white, natural or customer-specific colours.
A-PET foils can be produced as mono or multilayer foil (ABA) and, on request, with antiblock on both sides. They are available crystal-clear, white, coloured or black, subject to the corresponding minimum quantities. Applications include thermoformed packaging for food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics as well as technical industrial applications, for example calendar inserts.
